A group of awake dreamers made a meeting at Palma de Mallorca, lead by Juan Herreros and worked together in “island city. We worked for the ministry of energy, trying to find out solutions to the energy problems that Balear islands have, with special emphasis on Mallorca. Many things grew up and some others just were borned. They were edited in a book called “isla ciudad”. But what i will always remember, besides the people i met, is T.Sarraceno made an aerostatic ballon from rubbish bags, following Fuller schemes.
